Beef in red wine

Beef fillet - 600 gr, Red wine - 100 ml, Water - 200 ml, Garlic - 1 tooth, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp, Wheat flour - 1 tbsp, Tomato paste - 1 tbsp, Paprika - 1 tsp, Bay leaf - 1 pc., Clove pepper (allspice) - 3 pcs., Salt - to taste
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the beef, dry and cut into small pieces.
Fry the meat in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown. At the end, salt.
Pour in the flour and mix well.
Pour paprika, allspice and bay leaf into the pan.
Pour in the wine and top up the hot water so the meat is covered with liquid. Simmer the beef over a low heat under a lid for about 1 hour until cooked through.
Run the garlic through the press.
Add tomato puree and garlic to the pan. Stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
