How to bake pink salmon with cheese? Release the pink salmon fillet without scales from the fins and cut into portioned pieces. I have a width of about five centimeters for each piece. Place the pink salmon skin down on a baking dish greased with a drop of olive oil beforehand. Drizzle each piece with lemon juice. Salt and pepper the fish to taste.
Grate the spicy cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the pink salmon generously over the top. Bake the fish for twenty minutes to half an hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. The cheese should melt completely, and a mouth-watering blush will form on the surface. The time and temperature of baking depends on your oven!
