Trout - 800 gr, Brown sugar - 70 gr, Lemons - 1 pc., Sea salt - 1 tea liter, Ground black pepper - 0.5 tea liter
Prepare the ingredients. Pre-wash, dry and clean the fish. Cut the fins. Cut along the ridge. Each fillet is cut into portions about the same width.
Remove the zest from the lemon and grate on a coarse grater. Combine sugar, lemon zest, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Mix everything.
Wash and dry the trout thoroughly. Cut into portions. Put the fish in a foil-lined baking dish up to top.
Evenly sprinkle trout with a sugar-citrus mixture. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 40 minutes.
Bake the fish on grill mode in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Turn the grill off and leave the fish in the cooling oven for another 10 minutes.
