Befstroganov with mushrooms

Beef - 400 gr, Champignons - 400 gr, Sour cream - 150 gr, Butter - 40 gr, Wheat flour - 2 tbsp, Mustard - 1 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
How to make beef strogans with mushrooms? Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the beef, dry and cut into long strips across the fibres.
Roll the meat in flour.
Wash the mushrooms, dry and slice them.
In a saucepan, heat 20g of melted butter, add the mushrooms and fry until golden.
During the frying process, drain the juice that stands out from the mushrooms.
Combine the liquid remaining from the mushrooms with sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix well
Pour the sour cream mixture to the mushrooms and simmer for about 3 minutes.
In a frying pan, melt the remaining butter and place the meat, shaking it off excess flour beforehand. Stir fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Transfer the meat to a sauté pan and warm together for 1 minute.
Then remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to stand under the lid for about 10 minutes.
