GREEN DOUGH: Rinse the spinach, pour boiling water, cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
Drain the water, put the spinach in the blender bowl, add the milk and break the spinach and milk into a smooth mass. Pour the milk with spinach into a separate bowl.
Add eggs, salt, sugar, mix, add flour.
Mix, you should get a liquid pancake dough. Cover the bowl and leave to brew for 15-20 minutes.
LIGHT DOUGH: In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, salt, sugar and flour to make the same consistency dough. Cover the bowl as well and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Before baking, add butter to each pancake dough and mix.
MULTI-COLORED PANCAKES: Then you can mix green and light dough in any proportions, as a result, pancakes of different shades will be obtained.
In order not to make a mistake with color, in a separate bowl you need to mix green and light dough so that you get a dough of medium color and shade, so that it differs in color from both green and light dough.
First, you need to bake several pancakes from the dough of each color.
Then you need to mix different colors of dough to get pancakes of intermediate shades. Pancakes need to be fried in a dry pan. From this amount of dough, 30 pancakes are obtained, the diameter of pancakes is about 19 cm.
Pancakes turned out to be different in color - from light to intensely green. To decorate the cake, set aside 3 pancakes of different colors.
CREAM: Add gelatin to the milk and leave to swell for a while. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to sour cream, mix and leave for a while so that the sugar dissolves.
Gently warm the gelatin so that it dissolves completely, add it to sour cream and mix well.
CAKE: Put the first pancake on a serving plate, install a pastry ring and then alternately put and wash the pancakes with cream. For each pancake, approximately 2 tablespoons of cream.
Assemble a cake from dark color below, to light on top.
Pour all the remaining sour cream on top.
