Strawberries - 350 g, Wheat flour - 150 g, Eggs - 5 pcs., Sugar - 150 g, Sour cream - 500 g, Sugar - 70 g, Water - 200 ml, Gelatin - 25 g
How to make a poured cake with fruits? Make the biscuit first. How to make a biscuit? Drive the eggs (at room temperature) into a bowl. Beat with a mixer for 10 minutes, gradually adding sugar and increasing speed. The mass should whiten and increase in volume by 3 times.
Pour the sifted flour into the egg mass and gently mix it into the dough with bottom-up movements using a silicone spatula. The biscuit dough is ready.
Cover the bottom of the baking tin with parchment paper, pour the dough into the tin.
Bake the biscuit in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. My cake turned out to be high, so I baked a little longer - I checked my readiness with a toothpick. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold and let it brew for 2 hours.
Wash the strawberries, dry and cut them lengthways into 4-6 pieces, depending on the size. In addition to strawberries, you can take any fruits and berries at your discretion: bananas, kiwis, cherries, tangerines, etc.
Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave to swell for 30 minutes. This can all be done while the dough is in the oven. After time, heat the gelatin in the microwave or on the stove until completely dissolved.
Mix sour cream with sugar. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content, the main thing is that it is natural and tasty. Pour gelatin into sour cream, mix.
Chop the cooled biscuit cake into large squares and pour into a bowl. Pour half of the sour cream into it, mix.
Cover the shape or deep bowl with a suitable size with cling film. You can put pieces of strawberries on the bottom as a pattern that will be on top when the cake is turned over.
Lay out half the biscuit pieces.
Put half the strawberries on the biscuit.
Cover the berries with half of the remaining fill.
Then again a layer of biscuit, strawberries and filling. Press well and align the surface.
We send the cake to the refrigerator for soaking and gelling for 2-3 hours. Then remove it from the fridge, turn it over onto a dish and remove the film. The cake is ready. Decorate it to your liking. I sprinkled white coconut chips on the cake - it was perfect in both appearance and taste. Serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
