Cottage cheese - 500 gr, Sugar - 200 gr, Sour cream - 400 gr, Cookies Cracker - 100 gr, Gelatin - 2 tbsp, Chocolate - 50 gr, Water - 60 ml
How do I make a curd cake with gelatin cookies without baking? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I have pasty cottage cheese. If you have grainy, then wipe it through a sieve or punch it with a blender.
In a comfortable deep bowl, mix the sugar with the curd and sour cream. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. It is convenient to do this with a whisk.
Pour the gelatin into a bowl and fill with cold boiled water. Give it time to swell.
Prepare the form. I have 24cm by 18cm. Line the shape with cling film. Lay out the first row of biscuits. Cookies choose any to your taste. You can even grab chocolate cookies.
