South night meringue cake

Wheat flour - 600 gr, Cocoa powder - 30 gr, Eggs - 3 pcs., Sugar - 150 gr, Honey - 150 gr, Food soda - 1 tea liter, Cream - 700 ml, Powdered sugar - to taste, Powdered sugar - 150 gr, Egg whites - 2 pcs.
In the warmed honey, without bringing to a boil, add soda and mix well.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Melt butter.
Add melted butter to the beaten eggs.
Mixing well, add honey a little.
Mix flour with cocoa.
Knead the dough, adding the flour in portions to the egg-honey mixture.
Knead the soft elastic dough a little with your hands.
Divide the finished dough into 10-12 identical parts.
Roll each part on parchment into a pancake and cut an even circle out of it.
Trimmings can be used for another bark.
Before baking, simmer the cake with a fork and bake at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, beat two egg whites with powdered sugar to a lush mass.
