How to make a cake in the form of a number 2? To make honey cakes, prepare the necessary ingredients.
Take a non-stick saucepan, put chopped butter in it and add liquid honey. If the honey is hard, then it can be melted in a microwave. Place the pan on the heat and wait for the oil to melt.
While the oil melts, combine the eggs with the sugar in a separate bowl. Mix them up.
In the melted, not quite hot oil, add the eggs with the sugar and mix everything until smooth.
Put the pan back on the heat and bring the mass to a boil. Add the soda and remove the pan from the heat. When soda is added, the mass will turn into foam and increase in volume. Stir everything actively and leave to cool to room temperature.
Then add the sifted flour and knead the dough. There is no need to add extra flour, otherwise the dough will become tight and tough.
Wrap the finished dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
For stencil, draw the A4 number 2 on the sheet and cut it out along the contour.
Divide the finished dough into 3 parts. Roll each with a thickness of 4-6 mm and cut out along the contour of the stencil using a sharp knife.
Pour the dough over the entire surface with a fork so that it does not swell when baking. Place the cake in the oven, warmed to 180 degrees, for 5-6 minutes. Bake 3 cakes and cool them.
For the cream, chill the oily cream. And remove the curd cheese in advance from the refrigerator so that it becomes room temperature. so it will intervene more easily in the cream.
Combine the cream with icing sugar and whisk into a stable cream. Add the curd cheese to it and stir it in.
Using a pastry bag, deposit the cream over the entire surface of the cake.
Then cover with a second bark and repeat the layers again. Collect the cake. Put the cake in the fridge overnight, covering with anything airtight. This is necessary so that the moisture from the cream does not evaporate, but impregnates the cakes so that they are soft.
