Eggs - 3 pcs., Sugar - 1 pack., Sour cream - 1.5 pack., Syrup - 1 pack., Baking soda - 3 tea liters., Citric acid - 0.25 tea liters., Vanillin - 0.5 gr., Wheat flour - 3 pack., Sour cream - 2 pack., Sugar - 1.5 pack., Chocolate - 50 gr.
Ingredients.
Beat the eggs, add sugar, mix well.
About 2 tables. deposit spoons of sour cream in a separate plate, add soda, extinguish with citric acid. Mix.
Add the rest of the sour cream to the egg mixture, introduce slaked soda there, mix well.
I strained the raspberry jam syrup. If I use black rose, then I do not filter, with berries even tastier.
At the end, pour in the sifted and mixed with vanillin flour.
Mix everything well until homogeneous.
I baked in a round shape, lined with oiled parchment paper. The dough was divided into 2 parts. You can bake with one biscuit, then the baking time will be longer.
