3. For chocolate bark, melt dark chocolate in the microwave, add diluted gelatin. Stir with one part of the cream.

4. Cool biscuit cake, put in a detachable form and spray with cognac. Put the mousse with dark chocolate on top and put it in the refrigerator.

5. The same thing, we do with milk and white chocolate. We distribute in a uniform and again remove the refrigerator for several hours. Until the gelatin sets.
