Cake with condensed milk classic on kefir

1. Waffles. Dilute the soda in the kefir and leave for a minute. Add the sugar and butter, mix well. Add the flour and knead the batter, roughly as thick as on the fritters. Flour may be needed a little more or a little less. Preheat the waffle iron. Bake the waffles. If there is no waffle iron, such dough can be cooked in a pan, only turned over when one side is baked. Bake all the waffles and let them cool.
2. Cream. Combine the soft butter and boiled condensed milk. If desired, add cocoa or ground coffee.
3. Assembly. Grind the almonds. For a bright taste, you can pre-fry it. Assemble the cake, rinsing each waffle with cream and sprinkling with a little almond. Brush the top generously with cream and sprinkle with nuts. Cool-soak the cake in the fridge for a few hours. Nice!
