It is better to use a detachable biscuit baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the form with butter. Pour all the dough into the tin. We put the dough in the oven for 25 minutes, focusing on the work of our oven. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden skewer, if it comes out dry, then the biscuit is baked well.
Meanwhile, we prepare the cream. In one bowl, beat the softened butter with vanillin with a mixer. Drive two yolks from chicken eggs into a metal saucepan. Add water to them, mix so that they disperse. Add condensed milk here, put a saucepan on a water bath, constantly interfere until the mass begins to thicken. We take it off the fire and let it cool. Add this mixture to the oil and beat until a smooth and thick cream is obtained.
Cook the glaze. Pour cocoa and sugar into the bowl, pour in the cream and add the butter. We put it in a water bath, stirring constantly, bring it to thickening. Let the glazes cool. Pour chocolate glaze over the top of the cake. We decorate the sides of the cake with waffle tubes and grated chocolate, decorate with physalis and fresh berries on top.
