Cake with poppy nuts raisins chocolate biscuit

Chocolate - 0.5 pcs., Wheat flour - 2.5 pack., Sour cream - 500 ml, Eggs - 6 pcs., Sugar - 2 pack., Baking soda - 2 tea liters, Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp, Peanuts - 0.5 pack, Poppy food - 0.5 pack., Raisins - 0.5 pack., Condensed milk - 1 can., Butter - 400 gr, Vanilla sugar - 10 gr, Sugar - 1 pack., Egg whites - 4 pcs.
Dough ingredients
Beat eggs, add sugar
Now we add sour cream, slaked soda, sift through the flour and pour it in gradually. We knead tender dough, very thick sour cream. We divide it into 3 parts.
Add cocoa to the first part
The second part will be with poppy (steamed), and the third - raisins (soaked beforehand) with nuts (twisted through a meat grinder)
We bake corgi separately in the oven at 180S minutes of 20, check with a stick for readiness.
While the cakes are baked, we cook butter cream. Beat the softened oil with condensed milk and vanilla.
Beat the protein 4 with sugar for 5-7 minutes, get cake cream on top and sides.
When the cakes cool a little, we collect our future cake. We lubricate each cake, except for the upper one, generously with butter cream, leave a little cake for rosettes on top.
Such high cakes turned out. We collect in the following sequence: 1 - chocolate, 2 - poppy, 3 - with nuts and raisins.
Top and sides cover our cake with a salad-coloured protein cream. We decorate with butter cream roses (using a confectionery syringe), and make the inscription from melted chocolate.
We prepare an openwork pattern from melted chocolate, which is performed on film according to your imagination. We do 2 segments. When it starts to set, but will still be elastic, carefully transfer to the side surface of our cake.
