In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, soda and vanillin, mix. Cocoa, as well as flour, must be sifted through a sieve. Take vanillina at the tip of the knife, as more can give the ready-made pastry a bitterness. Instead of vanillin, you can use vanilla sugar - 1 tsp. While set aside the bowl, we will soon return to it.
Take a deep bowl, drive the eggs there, pour in the sugar and whisk them into a lush mass for 5-7 minutes. Next, add the flour mixture and milk mixture to the beaten eggs. Gently stir everything into the dough with a whisk so that the dough does not lose its pomp. Perhaps the flour will need less or more, focus on the necessary consistency.
Chop the walnuts a little with a knife and fry in a dry pan until the characteristic smell appears. Stir them constantly so that they do not start to burn. Then pour them onto a plate and cool. Why sprinkle on a plate? This is necessary so that they immediately stop frying. If you simply remove the pan from the heat and set aside, then they will continue to fry, as the pan will still be hot and can burn.

How to make a cake with walnuts and boiled condensed milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the flour of the highest grade, sift through a sieve or using a special mug to remove possible lumps, garbage and saturate the flour with oxygen. Eggs use categories S1.
In a small ladle, combine the milk and butter and place on a heat. Bring the mass to a boil. Leave to simmer until the oil has completely melted.
The finished dough in consistency will be like thick sour cream. Take a baking dish (18 cm), line with baking paper, pour the dough into it and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes. The time is approximately indicated, focus on the features of your oven.
The finished biscuit will spring when pressed. Remove it from the oven and cool completely out of the tin. Next, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for a few hours to rest. Cut the sponge cake into 3 cakes before assembling the cake.
How to make a filling? I cook condensed milk on my own, but you can also buy ready-cooked condensed milk. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften.
To make the cream, combine the soft butter and boiled condensed milk. Mix everything well with a mixer.
Soak biscuit cakes with boiled water to prevent the cake from being dry. In my opinion, you should not use sugar syrup for impregnation, since the cream is very sweet.
Collect the cake by blurring each cake with cream. Also coat it with cream on top and sides. Put the cake in the refrigerator so that it freezes and soaks for several hours.
Sprinkle generously over the top and sides of the cake with fried nuts.
