Cake prince with cream on sour cream and condensed milk

Kefir - 250 ml, Wheat flour - 180 g, Sugar - 180 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Cocoa powder - 2 tbl., Baking powder - 2 tsp., Sour cream - 7 tbl., Condensed milk - 5 tbl., Vanillin - 0.2 gr., Thickening agent - 3 tsp., Sugar powder - 1 tbl., Povidlo - 2 tbl., Chocolate - 30 gr.
According to the list, we will prepare all the ingredients for making the cake.
Combine kefir, egg, sugar in a deep container.
Beat the kefir mass until the sugar dissolves.
When the sugar dissolves, add flour.
Following the flour, pour cocoa powder mixed with baking powder into the mass.
We continue to mix the dough with a mixer so that there are no lumps left.
We cover the baking dish with foil and grease with vegetable oil.
Pour the dough into a prepared baking dish.
Put the dough tin in a hot oven and bake the cake base at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, remove the baked cake from the oven.
We shift the cake from the mold to the grill and let it cool a little.
Then we cut the cake base into 2 cakes.
For the cream, combine sour cream, condensed milk and vanillin in a separate container.
Beat the cream for a minute, then add thickening agent to it.
Beat the cream for another 2 minutes, until thickened.
We apply part of the cream to the lower bark.
Cover the cream layer with the top cake and cover the surface of the top cake with the remaining cream.
We rub chocolate on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
We arrange the cake with powdered sugar and see and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
