Making a cake like this is very simple:
1. Put sugar in a saucepan, add cocoa, mix them.

2. Pour milk into the mixture and place the pan on the stove, on a slow heat. Heat without stopping to interfere until the sugar dissolves.

3. The sugar crystals are gone - remove the pot from the stove. Add the crumbled chocolate to the mixture, actively mix until smooth.

4. Now you need the chocolate mass to cool completely. From time to time it is necessary to mix it.

5. Whisk soft butter, you can do it simply with a whisk.

6. Pour a little chocolate mixture into the butter, beat the cream. Do not forget to leave a little chocolate mixture in order to pour the cake on top.

7. Brush the waffle cakes with the cream, spreading it evenly over everything. Once all of them have been smeared and stacked on top of each other, press the cakes well on top.

8. Pour over the cake with the left over chocolate mass.

9. Send the cake to the fridge overnight. Sweet tea party!
