We sift flour into a deep bowl along with baking powder and cocoa powder (yes, cocoa also needs to be sifted, since it often forms lumps). Put the softened oil in a separate container, pour out the sugar and rub everything to homogeneity. Then we pour milk and break eggs. Mix everything, add dry ingredients, mix again and get non-empty dough. Pour the dough into a round shape (I have 22 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper, and bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. We remove the finished bark from the mold and leave it for 3-6 hours. Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy, then add the condensed milk, beat again. We divide the cream into two parts: one will go to rinse the bark, and the second - to align the top under the mastic. The sides of the cake are cut off to get a semblance of a rectangle. Cut the main part into three cakes, rinse them with cream. We build the top of the car from the sides (where the windshield will be), coat the mock-up with cream, carefully leveling the surface. We send the workpiece to the refrigerator for 2 hours. We divide the mastic into parts: we leave most of it white, paint the rest in the necessary colors and form the details of the police car. I want to say that this is a painstaking business and it is better to work with mastic 1-2 days before assembling the cake, otherwise you just can not have time to cope with everything in a day. Although it depends on the experience and ability to sculpt: ) We cover the cooled cake with a mastic layer, glue the finished parts (the mastic is glued with water - you just need to moisten the back of the part with a brush and glue it to the right place). That's all, a beautiful cake is ready to please the birthday boy!
