To make the biscuit, prepare the dough bowl. It must be dry and low-fat, otherwise the eggs will not be lifted. Break the eggs into it and start whipping them. Gradually add sugar to the eggs. Whisk everything together until lush, airy.
Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Mix flour, vanillin and baking powder to the egg mass. Intervene with a whisk, very carefully, so that the dough remains lush.
Make baking trays with pastry paper. Pour the finished dough into three baking trays. The size of the trays, on average, is the same for all home ovens. Bake each biscuit in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, minutes 20.
The finished biscuits will become a mouth-watering golden color. Cool them to room temperature.
The whole machine must be cut out of the biscuits, in parts. The base of the car will be like this, almost oval. Make three such layers.
Then cut out more details so that in the form of a biscuit there is such a machine. Soak all biscuits with any syrup or water.
To make the cream, whisk the fat cream with icing sugar into the puffy cream. The fat content of cream should be at least 33%, otherwise they will not rise and remain liquid.
Layer all the cakes with cream and assemble the car. On the sides of it, also coat with cream. Put the car in the fridge for a few hours, better overnight so the biscuits soak well and the cream freezes.
To design, melt the chocolate with 50 grams of cream. Cool down. Using a pastry pencil or bag, make chocolate contours of the machine parts.
For the exterior, whisk the cream with the icing sugar. Using food dyes, paint the cream in the necessary colors. From a pastry bag, deposit the cream over the entire surface of the machine. Let the piece stand a little in the fridge. Enjoy your meal!
