Break chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour in sugar, beat until fluffy. We gradually introduce olive oil into the white mass. Then sift through the flour, add baking powder and vanillin. Gently mix the mass with a silicone (wooden) spatula, moving from bottom to top and vice versa (do not beat with a mixer! ). We line the bottom of the detachable shape with parchment, pour out the dough and bake it for 20 minutes in the oven, heated to 190 degrees (the time may differ slightly, as it depends on the type of oven and its power, in any case, the biscuit should be pierced with a wooden toothpick if it is dry - the biscuit is ready). Thus, we bake two cakes and leave them to lie down at night (if the time is cut, then at least 3 hours). Whisk the condensed milk with butter until fluffy. Combine berry syrup with orange juice. Each biscuit is cut into two cakes (4 will come out in total), soaked in a mixture of syrup and juice, rinsed with prepared cream. We collect cake. We also coat the product on top with cream, thereby leveling the sides and surface (this is necessary for mastic), send it to the refrigerator for impregnation and in order for the surface to grip (for 2 hours). Well, it's time to cover the finished cake with mastic. Now we decorate the product with figurines, sculpting them in advance from painted mastic (I do this 2-3 days before assembling the cake and store the jewelry in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container). But you can do it just before serving. It is not difficult to sculpt - the material resembles ordinary plasticine. Just turn on the fantasy. This is how it turned out to be a handsome cake for the future firefighter! Have a fun holiday!
