All ingredients for the cake are mixed: eggs with sugar, sour cream with soda, flour and butter are added. The dough is soft. When it cools, we break the cake into pieces measuring about 3 by 3 cm. While the cake is baking, you can cook the cream. We dilute starch part of the milk, boil the rest of the milk. We pour starch diluted in milk into the boiled milk with a thin stream with constant stirring. Add sugar. Cook until thickened. Cool down. Beat a pack of oil and gradually add the custard part of the cream. Whips the cream with a mixer until the cream is airy and smooth. When the cream is ready, vanillin can be added to taste. Mix the cream with pieces of bark. We lay out on a dish, give shape, decorate and put in the refrigerator for several hours.
