Easter hare cake

Eggs - 3 pcs., Sugar - 150 gr, Water - 6 tbsp., Baking powder - 2 tsp., Wheat flour - 125 gr., Corn starch - 25 gr., Tangerines - 310 gr., Vanilla sugar - 15 gr., Powdered sugar - 75 gr., Fat cream - 300 ml., Orange liqueur - 4 tbsp., Marzipan - 150 gr., Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l.
We make a biscuit. The eggs are divided into squirrels and yolks.
Beat the proteins with sugar and cold water to the peaks. Then add the yolks. At the end, add flour with starch and baking powder. We stir everything with a whisk.
We pour our mass onto paper. I have a sheet of 38 by 40 cm.
Smear the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven to 180 degrees 8-10 minutes. We take it out and immediately turn it over on a towel. Let's take off the paper. And cut the edges. Rinse the finished biscuit with a brush of liquor. You can take any liquor.
Beat 200ml cream with icing sugar (50gr) and vanilla sugar. I also add cream whipping powder. But there is cream in which it already exists. So do as you usually beat. Tangerines drain from juice. And put it on the cream.
We cut the layer into strips 6 cm wide. I got 4 pieces. We turn one and put it in the middle of the dish.
We wrap the rest of the stripes around. I smeared the top with the remaining cream.
We fix around with a special ring. And we put it in the refrigerator. I cleaned for the night.
The next day I made such a hare. We take marzipan and mix it with cocoa. While leaving a little light marzipan. We shape the ball, this is the torso of a hare. We make paws. And we make a ponytail out of white, dip it in a coconut. This is the hare. The tail did not fall, I fixed it with a toothpick.
Remove the ring from the cake. Beat another 100ml of cream with 25g of icing sugar. And we coat the sides.
We decorate the cake. We put our hare, sprinkle them with ground pistachios, and you can also lay out chocolate eggs or sweets (I have gummy eggs).
