Margarine as a cheaper product or butter as a more natural one should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature, if there is no time to soften butter in natural conditions, then you can put it in the microwave for 1 minute to warm up.
We put the softened butter in a deep bowl. Add sour cream, baking powder. It can be replaced with vinegar-slaked soda. Pour in the sifted wheat flour. Flour may need a little more or less in contrast to the amount indicated in the ingredients, since the density and quality of flour from different manufacturers are different.
We put the sand crumbs on a baking sheet and send them to the oven. As a rule, the dough at the edges of the baking sheet begins to brown faster than in the middle, so after 7 minutes we remove the baking sheet from the oven and mix the dough so that it does not bake in one large layer, the sand crumbs must be separate balls.
