Shortbread cookies - 200 gr, Sour cream - 300 gr, Butter - 100 gr, Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp, Vanillin - 2 gr, Sugar - 100 gr, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Chocolate - 50 gr
We prepare cake cream. Sour cream can be used with any fat content, but it is better to use thick, necessarily fresh and natural. We put sour cream in a deep bowl, add sugar, drive in a chicken egg, add softened butter. Beat the ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add a pinch of vanillin for a nice scent and a couple of tablespoons of cocoa. Stir and put the bowl in a water bath.
We let the cake blank cool and soak in the refrigerator, leaving it for a couple of hours in the cold so that the cream freezes. You can decorate the cake as you like, sprinkle with the remains of crushed cookies, grated milk chocolate, crushed nuts or poppy to simulate ants on an anthill. The cake is ready, we serve it to the table with tea, coffee or cocoa. Enjoy your meal!
