The basis of this brave cake is three cakes with various fillers. It is they who set the tone for the whole dessert, and you can decorate the finished cake as you like - with biscuit crumbs, ganache, tighten with mastic, make rosettes from butter cream or cover the cake with caramel. Here, the confectioner's imagination is not limited by anything - it all depends on personal preferences. So, we divide the sifted wheat flour, granulated sugar and sour cream into three equal parts. And we bake the cakes in three stages, not forgetting to turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees:
1. Break a chicken egg into a bowl, add one third of the sugar and beat the mixture with a mixer until a lush foam. Add one third of corn starch, flour and soda to the mixture, as well as sour cream. We mix everything. We dry half of my walnuts with a paper towel, finely cut and pour out to the dough. Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, cover with baking paper and pour out the resulting dough. Put the tin in the oven and bake the cake for 20 minutes. After that, remove the mold from the oven, wait 5-10 minutes, take out the cake and let it cool on the lattice.

2. At this time, my poppy, put it in a bowl, pour boiling water literally for a minute. Then drain the water and pour the seeds again with boiling water for a minute, then drain the water, and lightly squeeze the poppy from excess moisture. In a bowl, break a second egg, add a second third of sugar, beat until fluffy. Add again flour, corn starch, baking soda, sour cream. We mix the mixture, and then put the poppy in the resulting dough. We stir again and pour the dough into a prepared (greased with vegetable oil and lined with baking paper) form. We also bake for 20 minutes, and then cool on a lattice.

3. Rinse the dried apricots under running water, then soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes, and then drain the water, rinse the dried apricots with boiled water and dry them with paper towels. In a bowl, break a third egg and beat it with a mixer with the remaining sugar. Then we add the remaining flour, corn starch, soda, sour cream. Mix and put chopped dried apricots in the dough, interfere again. Put the dough in a prepared form and again - bake for 20 minutes, and then cool the cake on the grill. Korzhi is ready! So different, fragrant and appetizing-seductive. But you need to hold on and not try, although. . . : ) Cut the cakes so that they are even at the edges with a sharp knife. And you can try trimmings! Or leave to decorate the finished cake. Making the cream! To do this, pour condensed milk into the bowl of the mixer, add softened butter to it. Beat everything together to pomp. Now you can collect cake. At the very bottom we put bark with walnuts, on it - with poppy, and on top - with chicken. Rinse each cake generously with cream, and then coat the cake on the sides and on top. The cake is ready! It remains to decorate it, and then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Have a nice tea party! Have a fun holiday!
