Bear cake in the north with meringue

Bear cake in the north with meringue... 12 servings
7 hours

1. We cook cakes. Soften the oil in the microwave (or simply at room temperature), put in a bowl, add sugar and sour cream, as well as baking powder. Rub the mass with a spoon until homogeneous. At this stage, divide the mass into two equal parts and gradually introduce flour (half a portion) into one part of the dough, and into the other - flour (the remaining portion) and cocoa powder. We knead two tests - they must be soft and elastic. We roll out 3-4 cakes from each dough. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 7 minutes.

2. Now let's move on to the cream. Let's make the cream by whipping sour cream with sugar. The cream is simple but delicious. We rinse the cooled cakes with cream, alternating chocolate with white. And so we collect the cake.

3. The most interesting stage is decoration. In order to cover the cake, we will need glaze. We pour milk into a saucepan, pour sugar and cocoa, send it to the heat. Bringing the mass to a boil, we introduce butter, cook for 1-2 minutes. Cool the glaze to room temperature and cover the cake with it. We let the glazes "grab" in the refrigerator for half an hour and proceed to further manipulations, or rather, draw a bear cub. To do this, melt white chocolate in the microwave, add vegetable oil, mix. We charge the resulting cocktail into a syringe and use it to draw art. You can help with toothpick - this will be more beautiful picture. Ice and northern lights will be made of sugar-protein glaze. To do this, pick up proteins with powdered sugar, adding lemon juice at the very end. Divide the mass into parts and add food dyes. That's it, the palette is ready - you can give free rein to imagination! We complete the art with confectionery sprinkling in the form of stars. Let the cake stand, korzham - we can soak for as long as we can (at least 3-4 hours) and we are going to a tea party at the table! Treat yourself to health!
