1. So, we start cooking: - beat sour cream with sugar using a mixer; - melt the butter in the microwave (it is possible over fire) and pour it into sour cream; - sift the flour into a separate bowl together with baking powder and, without ceasing to beat, introduce dry ingredients into sour cream; - dough should turn out not cool, but thicker than on fritters; - lay out the dough according to the shapes (I have 2 pieces with a diameter of 26 cm) and bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (depending on the oven).
2. Now you need to bake 2 more cakes, only brown. To do this, we repeat the previous algorithm of actions, only we put flour on a couple of tablespoons less, replacing it with cocoa powder. We bake in the same way as white cakes.
3. Let's make the cream. Pour icing sugar and a little vanillin into sour cream, mix thoroughly with a spoon (not a mixer! ) Let us stand for literally 5 minutes.
4. Dry the nuts in the oven or microwave, roughly grind using a sharp knife.
4. Cut each bark in half, rinse with sour cream, sprinkle with walnuts. Corgis alternate: black-white-black-white. We send the cake to the refrigerator.
5. Meanwhile, let's go into icing. Put the butter in a saucepan, melt to a liquid state, pour sugar and cocoa powder, mix. We introduce sour cream into the resulting mass, mix again.
6. Cool the glaze a little, literally a couple of degrees, then pour it over the cake (and the surface and sides). Well, a couple of hours in the refrigerator and "Bear in the North" is ready! Decorate the cake to your taste and in accordance with your imagination: ) Eat on health!
