Then add eggs to the mass and gradually add flour, knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or less than indicated. During the intervention process, monitor the consistency of the dough. The dough should be of such consistency that it will seem that you need to add a little more flour. But here it is worth stopping. Put the dough in the fridge for a few hours. It will cool down and take all the flour into itself. And it will stop sticking to the hands.
Remove the excess dough. And pierce the cakes themselves with a fork around the entire perimeter. This is necessary so that bubbles do not appear on the bark when baking. Place a baking tray in the oven, warmed to 180 degrees for 4-6 minutes. Cakes are baked very quickly, so do not go far from the oven. Cool the ready-made corgi.
Brush the top and sides of the cake with cream as abundantly and refrigerate for soaking. The finished cake can be sprinkled with grated chocolate or poured over chocolate icing.
