Cake machine without mastic

Cake machine without mastic... 12 servings
2 hours 20 min

Cook the cake:
1. Sift both types of flour (regular cornmeal flour), baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl.

2. Divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks, then whisk the squirrels with a mixer until soft peaks, add the sugar and continue to whisk until the mass thickens.

3. One at a time, introduce the egg yolks without interrupting the whipping.

4. Add dry ingredients to the resulting lush mass, pour in the oil and knead the dough with neat movements (it will be a little thicker in consistency than on fritters).

5. Pour half the dough into a parchment-lined tin and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees.

6. Remove the finished cake from the mold and leave to cool, putting it on a grill.

7. Also bake the second cake from the remaining dough. Now make the white cream:
1. In a small saucepan, mix the icing sugar and gelatin, pour in some of the cream (50 grams), stir. Heat the mixture in the microwave: it should thicken a little, then leave to cool to room temperature.

2. In a chilled bowl, whisk the remaining cream with a mixer until thickened. Add the chilled gelatin mixture without stopping to beat. The cream will turn out to be thick, it will be excellent to keep the shape. Collect the cake:
1. Cut each bark along (it turns out to be four), cut one of the bark in half across, put the halves on top of each other and in the center of the rest of the bark. Rinse and trim the corgi, giving the final shape to the typewriter. Top the cake with the remaining cream. Now make the cream you'll be decorating the cake with:
1. To do this, whisk the well-chilled cream until fluffy, add icing sugar and dye (do not add much at once, it is better to take less, and then add and adjust the color to the desired shade). Whisk until the cream is perfectly shaped.

2. Transfer the finished cream to a pastry bag and, taking the "star" attachment, deposit small meringues throughout the cake (do not forget to leave gaps for the windshield, where there will be eyes, and for headlights, mouth). Make wheels from cookies, eyes - from round chocolates of small size, inscription and sign - from butter beaten with sugar. Leave the cake in the fridge for an hour, after which you can serve it on the table! Birthday boy in a good mood!
