How to make Masha's cake? Prepare the necessary biscuit products. Choose quality, proven condensed milk. Without vegetable fats and dietary supplements. The composition should contain only two ingredients: milk and sugar. The taste and quality of the finished cake will ultimately depend on the quality of the condensed milk.
Melt the butter in the microwave or low heat on a stove. Cool the oil, it should not be hot.
Whisk the eggs with a mixer until fluffy, smooth. Be sure to wash your eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria.
Add the condensed milk to the beaten eggs. Stir at low mixer speed until smooth.
Add the cooled butter to the resulting mass, mix again.
Combine the flour with baking powder, vanillin and sift. The flour will be full of oxygen, and the biscuit will rise well when baked. Pour the sifted flour mixture into the rest of the ingredients.
Stir everything with a mixer until smooth dough is obtained. The dough is not empty, fluid. Since flour has different properties in different manufacturers, it may need a little less or more.
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment, brush the walls with slightly vegetable oil. Transfer the dough to the form. I have a shape diameter of 18 cm.
Bake the biscuit in the oven preheated to 170 C until ruddy for about 50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer, it should come out of the middle of the biscuit dry, without particles of adhered dough. Adjust the cooking time and mode, taking into account the peculiarities of the operation of your oven. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold and cool completely.
Cut the cooled biscuit into corgis. I cut the top of the biscuit so that the top of the cake was even.
Make sour cream. Sour cream is suitable for 15-20% fat content.
In a suitable bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix well until the sugar grains are dissolved. The amount of sugar can be added to taste. If you want the cream to be lighter, add more sugar than the recipe says.
Put the cake on a plate, brush the cake with cream.
Place a second cake on the cream layer and the cream layer again.
Collect the whole cake in this way. Top and side cover the cake with cream. Refrigerate the cake for 4-5 hours to soak.
To decorate the cake, you can take any nuts at will (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts or peanuts). Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan until ruddy.
Grind the nuts. You can do this in a blender or pour the nuts into a dense bag and grind them with a rolling pin. Choose the degree of grinding if desired. Nuts can also be added to the cream.
Sprinkle over the cake with the chopped nuts. I sprinkled the nuts on the sides of the cake and the top on the ground top of the biscuit. Decorate the dessert at your discretion, as fantasy will tell.
Cut Masha's cake into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
