Colorless red velvet cake

Colorless red velvet cake... 12 servings
2 hours 40 min

1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 170 degrees Celsius. We prepare a dish for baking cakes. It is better to use a small, maximum - 20 cm in diameter. We cover it with baking paper.

2. Beet, and it must be raw, peel and three on the smallest grater, after which the resulting mass is poured with lemon juice and wine vinegar. Stir again using a submersible blender. Then add sour cream and beat everything again with blender.

3. In a separate bowl of a suitable size, combine softened butter with sugar sand, break eggs there, pour vanilla extract. Beat everything with a blender to pomp, after which we lay out the beet mass to the mixture. Still thoroughly agitated.

4. Sift the flour together with cocoa powder and baking powder into a large, clean bowl. After small portions, introduce the dry mixture into the wet (obtained in paragraph

3). Mix everything until fully combined.

5. We divide the finished dough in half and bake two cakes in the already preheated oven for half an hour. Perhaps it will take a little less time - it all depends on the specific oven. The main thing is that the corgi do not burn. We keep the finished cakes in shape for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on the grill. Corgis can be left high or cut into two - here you need to focus on your own taste. If necessary, we align the cakes with a knife - this will make the cake more beautiful. We save the trimmings to decorate the finished cake.

6. We prepare the cream, for which we combine butter at room temperature and powdered sugar together. Beat to pomp. After that, put curd cheese in the mixture and beat again. We put the cream in the refrigerator.

7. The most interesting thing is the assembly of the cake! Everything is very simple. We rinse each cake with cream, lay it out on top of each other, rinse the sides. We decorate the remaining trimmings with crumbs and decorate the top of the cake with them. Have a nice tea party!
