Corn sticks - 170 gr, Butter - 150 gr, Boiled condensed milk - 380 gr, Walnuts - 70 gr
How to make a cake out of corn sticks with condensed milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boiled condensed milk can be bought ready-made. But I like the brewed house from the usual one more. I cook a closed jar of plain condensed milk in boiling water for 2 hours. And also in a closed form I cool. Corn sticks are very light and at low weight there are a lot of them.
Cut the corn sticks into pieces, about 15 cm. I cut each stick into 3 parts.
Chop the walnuts with a knife and fry in a dry pan until a characteristic pleasant aroma appears. Then pour them onto a plate so they don't burn in a cooling pan.
Melt the butter and add the boiled condensed milk to it. Just one can will suffice.
When heated, mix everything so that the mass becomes uniform. The condensed milk with oil will be slightly thick.
Pour the chopped corn sticks into a spacious bowl and pour over the condensed milk.
Add the roasted walnuts to the bowl to the corn sticks. Mix everything so that the ingredients are evenly distributed with each other.
To assemble the cake, place a ring on the plate and on the sides of the acetate film. Spread out the condensed corn sticks.
Press with a glass so that the sticks lie tighter together. So put all the sticks in the uniform. Cover the cake with cling film and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours to allow the cake to freeze.
Remove the ring and film from the finished cake. If desired, it can be decorated with melted chocolate. Delicious and fast corn stick cake is ready! A nice tea party!
