How to make a cake Fish without baking? Prepare the products for the base first. As you can see, there are only three ingredients. I recommend taking condensed milk whole, with a fat content of 8. 5 percent. Yogurt is natural, without additives, unsweetened, because the condensed milk has enough sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the condensed milk.

Divide the infused mass with the biscuits in half, put them in two identical shapes and level. Put both tins in the fridge or freezer for another 1 hour.
Prepare the products to make the cream. Curd can be replaced with soft curd cheese. Choose butter with high fat content, natural, and it should be soft.
Combine the soft butter with the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
Add the curd and stir well again. It is not necessary to beat with anything, just stir with a spoon, fork or spatula.
Prepare the products for filling. In principle, it can not be added at all, the cake will be tasty without it. But for juiciness, I still recommend adding. I have this strawberry, which can be replaced with any other fragrant berries or fruits, both fresh and frozen.
Wash the strawberries, dry, remove the tails. Cut the berries into medium pieces.
Start assembling the cake. Collect the cake in a cooking ring: the first layer of biscuits, one of two we had frozen in the fridge.
Top the cookie layer with one of two pieces of strawberries in one layer.
Spread half the curd cream over the strawberries and flatten the surface.
Put the remaining strawberries on the cream in one layer.
Top the strawberries with a second frozen cookie cake.
Coat the top and sides of the cake with the remaining curd cream and flatten all over it. Instead of a special iron, this can be done with a wide and flat shoulder blade or knife.
