Please note that I used ready-made honey dough cakes for this cake. And the emphasis was on decoration. Because it doesn't matter what filling is inside for this cake - you can choose absolutely any one for your taste. At least, like mine, sand, at least biscuit, with any cream. The easiest way to decorate is to order or buy sugar paper with a character drawing from the cartoon. There are a lot of design options for this Frozen cake, they are all different. You can use mastic, make the cake bulky, decorate with plastic figurines of characters or take a doll for this. But adding winter color just helps all sorts of different snowflakes)) If you do not have a punch, try cutting them out on a stencil. Also, you may not suffer with the wire and simply put the child's name on the cake.

Sand cakes - 320 gr, Custard cream - 900 gr, Butter cream - 400 gr, Mastic - 900 gr, Food coloring - 10 gr
If you want to make an inscription on the cake, use the stencil to cut letters and numbers. Let them dry. Meanwhile, cut white and blue snowflakes from mastic with a snowflake. White snowflakes need to be made thick enough to be put on wires. Put white snowflakes on the wire and leave to one side. Well dried, they can be attached to the cake before serving. Stick letters on blue snowflakes, and a large white number.
Stick the blue snowflakes on the cake. Cut Elsa's image from the sugar paper, stick on the cake. The cake is ready and can wait to be served in the fridge (if the cold is not dry, the mastic is covered with evaporator). Before serving, it remains to attach white snowflakes with a number to the Frozen cake. A fun and tasty holiday for your kids and you!
