Condensed milk also choose the one in which only milk and sugar are indicated, butter - at least 82. 5% fat content (the rest contains margarine).

Let me remind you how we make meringue (the full recipe was posted by me earlier). To do this, take a fresh egg and sugar. We separate the protein from the yolk.
Bring the sugar in the grinder to a powder state, mix with egg white.
Beat with a mixer gradually to stable peaks.
Put on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 90 degrees for 2 hours.
Let's make the cream. Take the softened butter.
In a small container, mix spoons of 2 condensed milk and cocoa, mix to the same consistency.
We add condensed milk to the oil and knead well to the same state. The cream is ready.
Now we grease each meringue with cream and put it on a slide, gluing it to each other.
Pour chocolate mass on top. Crushed nuts, grated chocolate, sour berries can be added to such a cake at will. Cranberries or lingonberries will be especially appropriate - they will perfectly dilute the sweet taste of the cake with their acid!
