Let's make the ingredients for the dough. The dough is prepared as a regular shortbread, but you do not need time to rest it, you can immediately switch to baking. Nuts can be taken for filling any: peanuts, almonds, cashews or small pieces of walnuts. Walnuts give a particularly pleasant taste to honey dough.
We prepare three creams for pouring dough: from chocolate, with cocoa and sour cream. On a water bath, dissolve a bar of bitter chocolate with the addition of milk and butter. Bring the water in the pan to a boil, put a bowl in it. We pour milk into the bowl, put chocolate broken on pieces, interfere until the chocolate melts. Then add a piece of butter, stir until you have a smooth smooth chocolate mass.
In another bowl, you make sour cream. Beat sour cream with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mass is increased. We make cocoa cream. In the third bowl, most of the sour cream and add cocoa. Beat well with a blender or mix until the mass is homogeneous in consistency and color. We start collecting cake. We lay several balls for eggs, make a nest from the rest.
We dip part of the balls in chocolate cream, part in cocoa cream. We lay out around two layers of these balls, leaving a void in the center for eggs. If the cream remains, you can fill the nest with it on top so that it better soaks the dough. Dip the remaining balls in sour cream and put them in the center of the nest. Leave the cake in the fridge overnight to allow the dough to soak well in the cream. We serve to the table. Have a nice tea party!
