How to make a cake with gelatin and condensed milk without baking? To prepare delicious cottage cheese and sour cream cake, we prepare the necessary products.
Pour forty grams of gelatin into a bowl, then pour two hundred milliliters of milk at room temperature into it and mix well, then set aside for swelling for thirty minutes.
Put four hundred grams of sour cream in a deep bowl, then add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to it and mix, then add four hundred grams of condensed milk to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl with a mixer until smooth.
Put six hundred grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, after which we add four tablespoons of sour cream mixture to it.
Grind the curd with a blender to a uniform curd mass.
Pour the sour cream mixture into a bowl with curd mass and mix well until homogeneous.
We put well-swollen gelatin in a saucepan.
Place the saucepan on the stove and stir heat it over medium heat of the stove until completely dissolved, after which we let the gelatin cool a little.
Put one full tablespoon of curd mass in a saute pan and mix well.
Pour the gelatin mass from the saucepan into a bowl with curd and stir with a spoon.
