Ingree birdz mastic cake

Wheat flour - 2 pack., Sugar - 2 pack., Eggs - 8 pcs., Baking soda - 1.5 tea liters., Vanilla sugar - 50 gr., Cream - 600 gr., Condensed milk - 1 can., Syrup - 200 ml., Condensed milk - 1 can., Butter - 200 gr., Mastic - 400 gr., Food coloring - 2 gr.
Knead the biscuit dough, bake the biscuits in three forms as in the photo. Let the biscuits cool and cut each lengthwise into two parts.
While the biscuits cool, whisk together the filling cream. Cover the form with cling film and assemble the cake in the form.
Place the cake on a stand and let soak.
Meanwhile, make butter cream for mastic, coat them with cake and flatten them well.
Roll out a large pancake made of red mastic, cover them with cake. Flatten and trim the excess edge.
Roll out a face pancake from white mastic and glue to place. Cut extra.
Cut an outline from the white mastic of the eye and from the black mastic. Put everything in its place.
Mold the beak from yellow mastic and attach with a toothpick.
Also circle the beak with a contour of black mastic.
Cut out the nostrils from the white mastic and glue them on the beak.
Cut and glue eyebrows and pupils to a bird.
Sculpt and glue a red scallop and a black ponytail.
Roll out and cut out a long strip of mastic and place it around the perimeter around the cake. It's good to level it up.
Using a pastry press for mastic or any convenient way to make the edging at the base of the cake. Cake is ready, serve and enjoy the holiday!
