Let's start with making cream. Pour milk into a saucepan. It is better to take milk with a higher percentage of fat content. Add two tablespoons of flour, a glass of sugar. We drive in two chicken eggs. Put a saucepan with the contents on the fire and mix everything at once. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly with a spoon. And we boil the cream until it starts to thicken. Cool the cream at room temperature.
Rinse walnuts, dry in a microwave or in a pan. Grind with a blender.
Add the softened butter and vanillin, crushed walnuts. Beat everything with a whisk or blender until homogeneous. We remove the cream into the refrigerator for cooling.
We prepare dough for cakes. Put the softened butter cut into cubes in a deep bowl or saucepan. Add sugar, honey and soda.
We drive in two chicken eggs. We put a saucepan with food on a water bath, on a saucepan of a larger volume with boiling water.
Mix the ingredients with a mixer, blender or hand whisk until the mixture is homogeneous in consistency.
