How to make Cake Number one for a year? Prepare the products according to the list. Eggs can take categories S0 or S1. Honey is best used floral. Wash the eggs and dry with napkins.
In a non-stick, spacious saucepan, cut the butter into pieces and add the honey. Place the pan on the heat and melt everything. But do not warm to a hot state.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs with the sugar and shake them a little with a whisk. You don't need to beat anything, just mix it.
Combine the melted oil (not hot!) With the egg mixture and mix everything well. Now put the pan back on the heat and, with constant stirring, bring its contents to a boil.
Remove the boiling mass from the heat and add the soda immediately. Mix everything actively. In this case, soda will react with honey. The mass will begin to foam and increase in volume. Now set this honey mass aside and leave to cool to a warm state.
Then pour the sifted flour of the highest grade into the honey mass and mix the dough. You may get more or less flour than I do. Therefore, focus on the consistency of the dough.
The dough will stick a little to your hands. But do not rush to add more flour. This should not be done, since it will weigh down the dough. Cover the dough bowl and refrigerate, at least for 1 hour.
During this time, the dough will completely cool down, infuse and work with it conveniently. And now it will not stick to the hands at all. Divide the finished dough into 3 parts and roll each into a thin layer of dough.
Cut the number one out of the sheet of paper A4.
Using this stencil, cut the number 1 from the dough. Tip it over the entire surface with a fork so that when baking, the dough does not rise with bubbles. Put a number in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 4-7 minutes (time depends on your oven). Do not move far from the oven - the cakes are prepared very quickly. Do not bake the cake very much. It should get a little golden. Bake all the cakes and cool.
To make the cream, combine the cream, at least 33% fat, with powdered sugar and whisk into a lush cream. Then stir room-temperature curd cheese into the cream.
The finished cream will be thick enough.
Using a pastry bag, deposit the cream on one cake. Cover with a second bark.
So collect the cake. Put it in a closing box and put it in the fridge for a few hours to soak well, but not dry. Why put it in a box? This is necessary so that all moisture from the cream does not evaporate, but is absorbed into the cake.
After a few hours, decorate the cake to your liking. You can use sweets, cookies, fruits or berries to decorate. Nice treat!
