1. We break eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar, beat the mass with a mixer. Sieve cocoa powder and baking powder, add vanilla sugar and pour milk, mix the ingredients using a mixer. We cut margarine with cubes and put it in a bowl with dough, send the bowl to a water bath, bring it to a boil with constant stirring. We remove it from the heat and let the contents cool, after which we intervene in portions of flour and knead the elastic soft dough.
2. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll out thin cakes with a diameter of 22-24 cm (10 cakes should be obtained). Bake the blends in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7 minutes.
3. Put sour cream in a bowl, pour sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer. Gradually pour the thickener, continuing to beat the cream until thickened and homogeneous. Grease the cake with sour cream and send the cake to the refrigerator overnight.
4. Pour cream into a sauté pan, add dark chocolate, having previously broken the tiles into pieces, after which we send the mass to the fire. Stir the glaze with a whisk until the chocolate is completely dissolved and remove from the heat. Pour the surface of the cake with the resulting glaze and decorate to your liking.
