Making such a cake is not at all difficult. Beat the eggs with sugar. Eggs can be divided into squirrels and yolks and beaten separately, but this is not important. The main thing is that the sugar dissolves completely in the whipped mass. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture, gently mix. The dough turns out almost like pancakes - liquid. Grease the baking sheet with butter and use a teaspoon to spread the dough in portions at a distance of 3 cm from each other. Bake biscuit cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. They bake very quickly - 5-10 minutes depending on the type of oven. Carefully lay out the finished biscuits in a deep bowl, cover with a towel. Sour cream mixed with sugar and cocoa acts as a cream. We choose the most fatty sour cream so that the cream is not very liquid. Put the blanks on a flat dish, pour cream over them. Thus, we form the entire shell. Top the turtle with chocolate glaze. To do this, mix sour cream, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan, put on a medium heat and, stirring, bring to a boil. At the exit, we get a glossy chocolate glaze, let it cool to a warm state. When the shell is "dressed" in a fragrant chocolate frock coat, we decorate it with walnut cores, forming turtle patterns. Such a cake does not take a long time to soak, only half an hour - and treat yourself to health!
