Jelly - 270 grams, Sugar - 0.5 pack, Vanilla sugar - 10 grams, Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Wheat flour - 0.5 pack, Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoons, Sour cream - 400 grams, Sugar - 0.5 pack, Vanilla sugar - 10 grams, Gelatin - 25 grams
We will prepare the required amount of ingredients according to the list: jelly in three different colors, gelatin, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder.
Pour the contents of each jelly bag into boiling water and dissolve. One bag needs 400 ml of boiling water. Dissolving jelly is more convenient in half-liter jars. Leave jars of jelly to cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, let's make a biscuit. To bake the biscuit, take a rectangular shape, cover it with foil or baking paper and brush with vegetable oil.
Now we start the biscuit itself: we drive the eggs into the container, add half a cup of sugar and vanilla sugar.
Beat the egg mass well with a mixer, until the volume triples, about 4 minutes.
Then we pour flour with baking powder into the beaten eggs, mix quickly and mix with a mixer at low speed for half a minute.
Pour the biscuit dough into the prepared form.
Put the dough tin in the oven, turn it on and bake the biscuit for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. The temperature should rise gradually.
Let the finished sponge stand for about 10 minutes in the turned off oven, then remove it from the mold and cool it.
When the jelly cools to room temperature, pour it into containers, it is convenient to use plastic containers.
We place the jelly containers in the refrigerator for 8 hours, the jelly should set well and become elastic so that it can be cut.
When the jelly sets well, we will prepare a cake tin - it must be covered with cling film.
Cut the cooled biscuit into cubes.
The frozen jelly is also cut into cubes.
Put the cubes of colored jelly in a large container.
Dissolve gelatin in 2/3 of the glasses of boiling water, the main thing is that it melts, you do not need to cool.
Combine sour cream with half a cup of sugar, vanilla sugar and begin to beat. Beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves, about two minutes.
Then we pour gelatin into the sour cream mass and mix with a mixer for another half a minute.
Fill the jelly cubes with sour cream and mix quickly.
Put half of the jelly mass in a prepared form.
Put biscuit cubes on the jelly mass.
We cover the biscuit with a jelly mass again.
We put the filled form in the refrigerator for two hours, as long as possible.
When the Broken Glass cake with biscuit sets well, take it out of the refrigerator and remove its shape.
Then cover the cake on top with a flat plate.
Turn the cake on a plate.
We release the cake from the cling film, it easily separates without damaging the surface of the cake.
