Egg and milk-free cake
6 servings1 hour
Margarine - 200 gr, Wheat flour - 2 pack., Sugar - 150 gr, Honey - 2 tbsp., Baking powder - 0.5 tsp., Salt - 2 gr., Jam - 1 pack.
Let's dwell on a recipe for a simple sand honey cake with a layer of jam. This simple treat is prepared very quickly, but it turns out tasty and tender. Pour the sifted wheat flour into a deep bowl.
Add sugar, liquid honey (if there is no allergy to honey), a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients.
We send softened and chopped with a knife margarine on vegetable fats to the bowl. Add baking powder or bitten soda (half a teaspoon of soda is half a teaspoon of vinegar).
Mix the mass until you have an elastic smooth dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
We take out the dough, divide it into four parts. We roll each piece into a thin rectangular layer, no more than 0. 5 centimeters thick. Bake each layer of dough in an oven warmed to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
We remove the cakes from the baking sheet, let them cool a little, make even edges, cut the irregularities. From the rest of the baked dough, we make crumbs for sprinkling.
Grease the cooled cakes with any thick jam, put them in a pile.
Apply a thin layer of jam on top and sprinkle with sand crumbs. The cake is ready. We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the cakes are soaked.
We serve a treat to the table with tea, coffee or cocoa. Enjoy your meal!
