How to make a cake without baking with kiwi and sour cream? Prepare the products. Take shortbread cookies such as Jubilee, Melted milk, K coffee. Butter, condensed milk and sour cream choose high-quality, natural, without vegetable fats.
Grind the cookies in any way you can. The fastest and easiest is to fold it into a package and punch it with a rolling pin. Pour the finished crumbs into a bowl.
Melt the butter. In a microwave, in a water bath or in a bucket. Read about each method in detail at the end of the recipe.
Pour the melted oil into a bowl to the crumb, mix. The mass should not be too dry for it to sculpt and not fall apart. Otherwise, pour some milk into it.
Take a split shape, I have a diameter of 20cm. In a smaller size, the cake will turn out to be higher. Pour the base mass into the tin and use a flat-bottomed glass to compress it. Put the tin in the fridge while you cook the filling.
Cover the gelatin with water and leave to swell for the time indicated on the package. I have instant gelatin, it swells very quickly. After the right time, melt the gelatin in the microwave or on the stove, without bringing it to a boil.
Pour sour cream, condensed milk and melted gelatin into another bowl.
Stir the products together with a whisk until smooth.
Remove the mold with the base from the refrigerator and pour the filling onto it. Put the cake in the fridge until fully stabilised, for at least 2 hours. Then remove it and release it from the mold.
Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into thin circles.
Place the kiwi wedges on top of the cake.
Serve it to the table. The cake cuts beautifully and holds its shape. Enjoy your meal!
