To make biscuits, you will need: sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs at room temperature, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and starch.
Pour sugar into the dishes for whipping. Wash the eggs and drive them in there. Beat with a mixer for five minutes. First at the minimum speed, and then gradually increasing it.
The mass should increase in volume, and the corolla should leave gently melting media on the surface. Consistency is about the same as in the photo.
Split the dough in half. I divided by eye, and for the exact result you will need a kitchen scale.
Add half (30 grams) of twice-sifted flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and all the starch to a bowl of white sponge dough.
Gently mix the ingredients with a culinary spatula, kneading the dough from bottom to top, from the edges to the middle.
Add the remaining half (30 grams) of flour, twice sifted, half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and all the cocoa, to a bowl of chocolate sponge dough.
Mix the chocolate dough until uniform, working with a spatula according to the same scheme.
Lubricate the bottom of the baking dish with sunflower oil. And at the same time! start pouring white and chocolate dough into it from opposite sides so that each type of dough fills half of the form. Cake assembly. Transfer the first chocolate cake to a serving dish. Soak it in a couple of spoons of lemon soak. Top with one third of the white cream. And spread the banana circles on top. Then white bark, impregnation and the second third of the cream (without banana). Followed by chocolate cake, impregnation, the rest of the cream and bananas.
The last is white bark and impregnation. Add a tablespoon of water to the pre-deposited yellow cream and mix. The cream will become more pliable. Spoon the yellow cream over the bark, retreating from the edges of 3 millimeters.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat. Transfer to a cooking bag and draw an outline of a banana, a stack and several strips. Leave the cake in the refrigerator to soak for two hours. Then he is ready to serve!
