Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 120 gr, Wheat flour - 120 gr, Baking powder - 0.5 gr, Vanillin - 2 gr, Sugar - 1 pack., Vanillin - 2 gr, Sour cream - 500 gr, Milk chocolate - 100 gr, Milk - 1 tbsp., Walnuts - 100 gr, Strawberry - 100 gr.
Let's make the ingredients for the cake. Let's start with a biscuit. For a small cake for a family of three, a biscuit made with two large chicken eggs is enough. Drive the chilled chicken eggs into the bowl of the blender.
Pour in the sugar and whisk the ingredients with a blender or mixer until a thick white foam forms.
Then add a pinch of vanillin, baking powder and sifted wheat flour to the egg mixture.
Gently combine the ingredients with a spoon or whisk so that the foam does not settle. The dough is ready. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment. Grease it with butter. Pour the dough onto the parchment, distribute it evenly over the surface of the sheet so that the dough does not reach the edges. We bake the biscuit for about 30 minutes, focusing on the work of our oven and the size of the biscuit. We check the readiness with a wooden toothpick, at the exit it should be dry.
We remove the finished biscuit from the oven, let it cool a little right on the parchment. Carefully cut a circle from the biscuit on a plate of the desired size. Cut the remaining dough into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
We make cake cream. We put thick cream or sour cream in a deep bowl. Add sugar and vanillin.
Beat with a mixer or blender until a thick foam forms. Let the cream cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Put the biscuit cake on a plate, lubricate it with cream.
We dip the pieces of biscuit into a bowl of cream and put it on a circle of biscuit to make a slide.
Walnuts clean, mine, dry in a microwave or in a dry pan, put in a bag and grind with a rolling pin into a large crumb.
Sprinkle walnuts over the top of the cake.
We break milk chocolate into pieces, put it in metal dishes, pour milk. Melt the chocolate, stirring constantly, in a water bath or over low heat, so that the glaze is smooth in consistency.
Let the glazes cool a little and pour it over the cake. You can decorate the cake at will with fresh strawberry berries.
We clean the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak it. Have a nice tea party!
