Tiramisu with mango

Savoyardi cookies - 100 gr, Coffee - 150 gr, Mango - 1 pc., Cognac - 1 tbsp., Mascarpone - 250 gr, Powdered sugar - 80 gr., Eggs - 2 pcs., Salt - 1 gr.
Measure the ingredients.
Pour cognac into the cooled coffee.
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
Cream.
Separate proteins from yolks.
Rub the yolks with powdered sugar.
Add the mascarpone at room temperature and mix until uniform.
Beat the proteins separately with salt into strong foam.
Gently mix the whipped proteins into the cheese mass.
Put a little cream in the cremans.
Lay a layer of cookies on top, having previously dipped it in coffee for 1 second.
Next, arrange the pieces of mango.
Repeat the cream and cookie layer again.
Rinse the cookies with a little cream.
Sprinkle with pieces of mango. Refrigerate dessert for 3-4 hours.
