How to make chocolate cake with cherries? The first step is to bake the biscuit. Prepare everything you need for him.
In a whipping bowl, combine the eggs and brown sugar. Whisk everything together until full, thick foam at top mixer speed.
In a small bucket, melt the butter and add the broken chocolate to it. Stir to make the chocolate melt completely.
Mix the dry ingredients separately: almond flour, cocoa and soda. Stir in the chocolate and flour masses to the whipped egg mass. Intervene manually, using a whisk, so that the dough remains lush.
The chocolate dough is medium thick.
Detachable baking tins (16 cm), line the parchments and bake 3 individual cakes in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees, for 15 minutes. Navigate your oven.
Then cool them, fold them on top of each other along with the paper and wrap them in cling film. Put it in the fridge overnight to keep them lying down. To assemble the cake, separate the biscuits from each other and remove the parchment from them.
To make chocolate cream cheese, prepare the necessary ingredients.
We will use cherries to fill. Frozen berries must be thawed. Drain the juice from the berries into a separate bowl, and then soak them with biscuits.
For the cream, heat the cream to a hot state and add the broken chocolate to them. Stir until smooth. The chocolate will melt quickly. Cool the finished chocolate mass to a room state.
Combine the chocolate mass and curd cheese.
Mix everything together with a mixer until smooth. The finished cream will be quite stable. This amount is enough to assemble a cake with a diameter of 16 cm, rough and final alignment.
Rinse the biscuits with chocolate cream and lay out the cherry berries.
Collect the cake. Coat it on all sides with a thin layer of chocolate cream. This will be a rough alignment. It cakes all the extra crumbs in itself. Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Coat the frozen cake again with chocolate cream and line. Cake is ready! Everyone can decorate it to their liking. I made chocolate undertones on the cake and decorated with fruits.
