How do I bake a sponge on a chocolate walnut cake? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chicken eggs should be at room temperature, so get them out of the refrigerator in advance. Take high-quality milk for biscuit preparation according to GOST.
Pour the condensed milk into a suitable container. Drive in the two eggs and stir with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
Pour in the cocoa powder, sieving it through a strainer. Beat again with a mixer until smooth. Be sure to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Pour parts into the dough, stirring with a silicone spatula. Since flour differs in its properties, it may need a little more or less than indicated. Focus on your desired consistency.
Add soda slaked with lemon juice. Gently stir the dough again. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
